The County of Salem has announced a request for proposals (RFP) for professional services related to the management of the State Development and Redevelopment Plan. The process is being conducted in compliance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., ensuring a fair and open procedure.
Interested parties are invited to submit sealed RFP responses by January 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Submissions will be accepted at the Salem County Administration Building, located at 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey. This is where the responses will also be opened.
Specifications for the RFP can be obtained from the Salem County Office of the Purchasing Agent at the same address during business hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Alternatively, they can be requested via phone or email.
Respondents must adhere to several statutory requirements including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action, and P.L. 1977, C. 33 as amended by P.L. 2016, C. 43 regarding corporate disclosure.
This initiative is organized under the order of the Board of County Commissioners of Salem County.
