The County of Salem has announced a call for proposals for various professional services, following the guidelines of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The process is open and fair, with submissions being accepted until February 4, 2025.

Proposals are sought for specific roles within the Salem County Correctional Facility, including Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and Psychological & Psychiatric Services. This marks a resubmission request for these positions.

Interested parties can obtain specifications from the Salem County Office of the Purchasing Agent at their Fifth Street Office Complex or request them via phone or email. Sealed responses will be opened on February 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Salem County Administration Building.

All respondents must adhere to several legal requirements, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action, and P.L. 1977, C.33 as amended by P.L. 2016, C.43 concerning corporate disclosure.
