The County of Salem is seeking proposals for the position of County Counsel through a fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Interested parties must submit sealed RFP responses by Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM prevailing time. The submissions will be received at the Salem County Administration Building, Office of the Purchasing Agent, located at 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey.
Specifications for the proposal can be obtained from the Salem County Office of the Purchasing Agent during business hours or requested via telephone or email. Respondents are expected to comply with specific legal requirements including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action, and P.L. 1977, C.33 as amended by P.L. 2016, C.43.
