The County of Salem has announced it is seeking proposals for health insurance broker services through a fair and open process. The solicitation is in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Interested parties must submit sealed RFP responses by December 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. These will be received at the Salem County Administration Building, Office of the Purchasing Agent, located at 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey. At that time and place, the responses will be opened.
Specifications for the proposals can be obtained from the Salem County Office of the Purchasing Agent at their Fifth Street Office Complex or requested via telephone at (856) 935-7510, extension 8401. Email requests are also accepted.
Respondents are required to comply with several statutory requirements including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action regulations, and P.L. 1977, C. 33 as amended by P.L. 2016, C. 43 regarding corporate disclosure under N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2.
