The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Salem County is seeking proposals for several positions for the 2025-2026 term. The positions include Authority Attorney, Authority Bond Counsel, Authority Engineer, Authority CFO, and Authority Auditor.
Interested parties must submit their proposals by mail or hand-delivery to the Pollution Control Financing Authority Chairman c/o Carey M. Italiano, Clerk, at specified addresses in Salem, New Jersey. Submissions are due by 10:00 AM on January 7th, 2025. Envelopes should be marked “Professional Service Proposal for the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Salem County.”
Proposals will be publicly opened and announced at that time and place. Required submission materials include a professional resume or other relevant documents detailing full name and business address; dates of licensure in New Jersey; professional affiliations or memberships with any offices held; number of licensed professionals affiliated with the applicant; special accreditations; and previous public entities served with dates and positions held.
Contracts will be awarded based on criteria such as responsiveness to required submissions, experience and reputation in the field, specific knowledge related to the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Salem County, qualifications matching the needs of the authority, attendance at meetings and events unless notified otherwise by the Chairman, office resources available to service authority needs, and overall advantage based on submitted information.
The authority reserves rights including not selecting any applicants, requiring interviews or additional information submissions, rejecting proposals, waiving informalities in proposals, and procuring services from other sources if deemed advantageous.
The final decision regarding which applicant best meets the goals and objectives of the authority will be conclusive.
