In this monthly course, attendees will learn to use technology to level up their business. This course is designed for small business owners from all industries possessing all levels of tech savvy. Come network with other local business owners as you learn to put some of today's greatest technological advances to work for your small business. Led by long-time educator and technology enthusiast, Dr. Kyle Luth.

Monthly content is included below (lesson content is subject to change* based on attendee feedback):

  • January: Google Suite - set up and navigate Google DRIVE and Gmail
  • February: Google Suite (cont.) - organize Google DRIVE and Gmail
  • March: Google Suite (cont.) - making, saving, moving, and sharing Google DOCS and Google SHEETS
  • April: Google Suite (cont.) - making, saving, moving, and sharing Google SLIDES
  • May: Google Suite (cont.) - making, saving, moving, and sharing Google FORMS
  • June: Square POS for small business - create inventory, pricing, receipts, and more
  • July: Websites for small business - a look at Google Sites, WiX, and SquareSpace
  • August: Websites for small business (cont.) - troubleshooting Google Sites, WiX, and SquareSpace
  • September: market your business creating posters, social media posts, and more with Canva
  • October: get your business found online using Google analytics & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • November: keep track of your business financials with Quickbooks for small business
  • December: keep track of your business financials with Wave for small business
Attendance at all events is NOT required; pick and choose the sessions that you believe will be most helpful for your small business. Monetary prizes will be awarded to small businesses attending the most sessions and providing artifacts that best demonstrate concepts learned from the sessions.
