Cumberland County Technical Education Center issued the following announcement.
This weekend STRIVE Special Olympics competed at the Summer Games 2022. Ms. Pompper, Mr. Ward and Mrs. Kessler are extremely proud of the athletes and their results below.
Awards for Special Olympics:
Autumn Sammartino: Softball Throw-Gold, 100 M Dash- Bronze
Jenny Volkening: Shot Put-Gold, 100 M Dash-Silver
Llaird Williams: Shot Put-Bronze, 100 M Dash-Gold
Chris Pullen: 400 M Walk-4th place, Shot Put-Silver
Christian Sanchez: Shot Put- Gold, 100 M Dash-6th place
Brian Margerum: 400 M Dash- Gold, 100 M Dash- 5th
Emirhan Akilli- Shot Put- Gold, 100 M Dash- Gold
4 X 100 Meter Relay- Gold Emirhan Akilli, Brian Margerum, Christian Sanchez, & Llaird Williams.
