The Authority of Cumberland County issued the following announcement.
The day is finally here and it is time to bag up, New Jersey! The reusable bag rule is officially in effect, prohibiting all stores, food service businesses, and grocery stores from selling to, or providing their customers with, single-use carryout bags. The law also bans food service businesses from providing polystyrene foam food containers.
