Of the 2,122 people living in Sea Isle in 2020, 51 percent (1,083) were women and 49 percent (1,039) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Jersey Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 6. In the 65 and over age range, there were 541 females and 519 males.
