Of the 1,008 people living in West Cape May in 2020, 48.8 percent (492) were women and 51.2 percent (516) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Jersey Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 26. In the 65 and over age range, there were 210 females and 156 males.
