Of the 176 people living in Cape May Point in 2019, 60.2 percent (106) were women and 39.8 percent (70) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Jersey Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 28-to-18. In the 65 and over age range, there were 86 females and 42 males.
