Of the 7,076 people living in Carneys Point in 2019, 53 percent (3,751) were women and 47 percent (3,325) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Jersey Sun.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 2,233-to-2,067. In the 65 and over age range, there were 841 females and 602 males.
