On Saturday, March 1, former Millville Senior High School standout Sergio Droz’s current college team, the UMBC Retrievers, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Cornell Big Red.
The game took place at Alumni Field. This was their first matchup against the Big Red this season.
The Retrievers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3 p.m. at Alumni Field against Cornell Big Red.
