75.8% of Cumberland County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 154,921 citizens living in Cumberland County in 2021, 75.8% were old enough to vote, equating to 117,366 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 60,258 were male, constituting 51.3%, and 57,108 were female, making up 48.7%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Cumberland County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 77.9%.
